  2. 2. Warm the mixture for 2 minutes at 37 degrees Celsius.
  3. 3. Add the flour, cubed butter, and one egg.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Pour sunflower oil into a bowl.
  6. 6. Place the dough in the oil and roll it around to coat.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise, covered, for 40 minutes in a sheltered spot.
  8. 8. Clean and dry the mixing bowl.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
  11. 11. Put almonds and nuts into the mixing bowl.
  12. 12. Chop the nuts for 5 seconds on the highest speed setting.
  13. 13. Add dried fruits, gingerbread spice, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  14. 14. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on the highest speed setting.
  15. 15. Add honey and mix everything for 30 seconds on a low speed setting.
  16. 16. Add the yeast dough and mix everything for 50 seconds on a medium speed setting.
  17. 17. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  18. 18. Bake the bread in the oven for 40 minutes.
