Ingredients
- apples, red 1 pc.
- pears 1 pc.
- kiwi 2 pc.
- bananas 1 pc.
- clementine 2 pc.
- pomegranate 1 pc.
- oranges 2 pc.
- mint, fresh 20 g
- brown sugar 1 tbsp
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the apples and pears.
- 2. Cut the fruits into quarters.
- 3. Remove the core and seeds.
- 4. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Peel the kiwis.
- 6. Cut the kiwis into quarters lengthwise.
- 7. Slice the kiwi quarters into thin slices.
- 8. Peel the banana.
- 9. Slice the banana.
- 10. Peel the clementines.
- 11. Separate the clementine segments from each other.
- 12. Cut the pomegranate in half.
- 13. Release the seeds by tapping the skin with a spoon.
- 14. Cut the oranges in half.
- 15. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
- 16. Wash the mint.
- 17. Dry the mint well.
- 18. Chop the mint roughly.
- 19. Put the orange juice into a bowl.
- 20. Add the sugar.
- 21. Add the cinnamon.
- 22. Mix the liquid well.
- 23. Add the cut fruit to the bowl.
- 24. Add the chopped mint.
- 25. Combine everything well.
- 26. Serve the salad.
