🍽️ Crunchy Wiener Mustard Sandwich

Ingredients
- toast bread 8 slices
- butter 2 tbsp
- mustard 2 tsp
- ketchup 4 tbsp
- Vienna sausages 4 pcs
- Emmental sliced cheese 8 slices
- fried onions 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take the toast slices in hand.
- 3. Spread butter on the toast slices.
- 4. Add mustard to the toast slices.
- 5. Add ketchup to the toast slices.
- 6. Cut the Wiener sausages into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 7. Place the sausage pieces on the prepared toast slices.
- 8. Place a slice of Emmental cheese on each sandwich.
- 9. Press the cheese slice down gently so it sits in place.
- 10. Stack two finished sandwiches on top of each other.
- 11. Insert a toothpick through the stack to hold everything together.
- 12. Place the sandwich in the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the sandwich for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Remove the sandwich from the oven when it is baked golden brown.
- 15. Let the sandwich cool down for a short moment.
- 16. Sprinkle crispy onions over the finished sandwich.
- 17. Serve the sandwich immediately.
