  1. 1. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Take the toast slices in hand.
  3. 3. Spread butter on the toast slices.
  4. 4. Add mustard to the toast slices.
  5. 5. Add ketchup to the toast slices.
  6. 6. Cut the Wiener sausages into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
  7. 7. Place the sausage pieces on the prepared toast slices.
  8. 8. Place a slice of Emmental cheese on each sandwich.
  9. 9. Press the cheese slice down gently so it sits in place.
  10. 10. Stack two finished sandwiches on top of each other.
  11. 11. Insert a toothpick through the stack to hold everything together.
  12. 12. Place the sandwich in the preheated oven.
  13. 13. Bake the sandwich for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the sandwich from the oven when it is baked golden brown.
  15. 15. Let the sandwich cool down for a short moment.
  16. 16. Sprinkle crispy onions over the finished sandwich.
