Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. In a pot, bring the cream and butter to a boil over medium heat, then remove from the heat and melt 175 g of the chopped chocolate while stirring constantly. Stir in the whisky and let the mixture set in the refrigerator for about 3–4 hours.
  2. 2. Whip the mixture until creamy using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment. Quickly form small balls with cold hands or two spoons. Let these set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. 3. Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Chop the milk chocolate and melt it in a metal bowl over the hot water bath. Dip the truffles in the melted chocolate, let them drain well, and place them on baking paper.
  4. 4. Melt the remaining dark chocolate as well, fill it into a piping bag, cut off a small corner, and decorate the truffles with fine lines. Let them dry well. Store the whisky truffles in a cool place. Enjoy!
