🥤 Whiskey Chocolate Liqueur

Ingredients
- chocolate, milk chocolate 50 g
- chocolate, dark chocolate 50 g
- whipping cream 400 g
- milk 200 g
- brown sugar 80 g
- vanilla sugar 0.5 packet
- espresso 100 ml
- whisky 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put the chocolate into the mixing container.
- 2. Chop the chocolate for 5 seconds on speed 7.
- 3. Add cream, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and espresso.
- 4. Heat the mixture for 7 minutes at 70 degrees Celsius and speed 1.
- 5. Rinse two bottles (500 milliliters each) with hot water.
- 6. Add the whiskey to the warm chocolate mixture.
- 7. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 8. Pour the liqueur into the bottles using a funnel.
- 9. Seal the bottles tightly immediately.
- 10. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
