🥗 Weißwurst-Salad

Ingredients
- White sausage 8 pcs.
- Parsley, fresh 40 g
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Sweet mustard 2 tbsp.
- Oil 4 tbsp.
- Vinegar 3 tbsp.
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 2 liters of water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let the white sausages steep in the warm water for approx. 10 minutes.
- 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop coarsely. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into strips. Put both in a bowl and lightly salt. Peel the white sausages and slice them.
- 3. In a bowl, mix sweet mustard with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper well. Then add the sausage, parsley, and onions, and mix everything thoroughly. Serve the white sausage salad. Enjoy your meal! Tip: A pretzel goes perfectly with this.
