  1. 1. In a pot, bring about 2 liters of water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let the white sausages steep in the warm water for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop coarsely. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into strips. Put both in a bowl and lightly salt. Peel the white sausages and slice them.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix sweet mustard with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper well. Then add the sausage, parsley, and onions, and mix everything thoroughly. Serve the white sausage salad. Enjoy your meal! Tip: A pretzel goes perfectly with this.
