🍳 Bavarian White Sausages with Sweet Mustard and Pretzels

Ingredients
- pretzels to be baked 4 pcs
- white sausage 8 pcs
- radishes 1 bunch
- sweet mustard 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Distribute the pretzels evenly on the prepared tray.
- 4. Sprinkle the pretzels with pearl salt to taste.
- 5. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pretzels for about 8 minutes.
- 6. Fill a large pot with about 2 liters of water.
- 7. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
- 8. Turn the stove to the lowest setting so the water is only slightly warm.
- 9. Carefully place the white sausages into the warm water.
- 10. Let the sausages steep in the warm water for about 10 minutes.
- 11. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
- 12. Remove the green leaves and roots from the radishes.
- 13. Cut the radishes into four equal pieces.
- 14. Carefully remove the pretzels from the oven.
- 15. Take the white sausages out of the water.
- 16. Let the sausages drain briefly.
- 17. Serve the warm white sausages together with the pretzels.
- 18. Add the sweet mustard and the sliced radishes as a side dish.
