  1. 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Distribute the pretzels evenly on the prepared tray.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the pretzels with pearl salt to taste.
  5. 5. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pretzels for about 8 minutes.
  6. 6. Fill a large pot with about 2 liters of water.
  7. 7. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
  8. 8. Turn the stove to the lowest setting so the water is only slightly warm.
  9. 9. Carefully place the white sausages into the warm water.
  10. 10. Let the sausages steep in the warm water for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
  12. 12. Remove the green leaves and roots from the radishes.
  13. 13. Cut the radishes into four equal pieces.
  14. 14. Carefully remove the pretzels from the oven.
  15. 15. Take the white sausages out of the water.
  16. 16. Let the sausages drain briefly.
  17. 17. Serve the warm white sausages together with the pretzels.
  18. 18. Add the sweet mustard and the sliced radishes as a side dish.
