  3. 3. Squeeze the juice from both oranges.
  4. 4. Add the orange juice, orange zest, apple juice, spices, and sugar to the mixing container.
  5. 5. Insert the measuring cup.
  6. 6. Cook the mixture for 8 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees Celsius.
  7. 7. Add the white wine and the honey.
  8. 8. Insert the measuring cup again.
  9. 9. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes on speed 1 at 70 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Let the mulled wine steep for at least 1 hour in the closed mixing container.
  11. 11. Line a sieve with a filter.
  12. 12. Pour the mulled wine through the filter into a sterile bottle.
  13. 13. Seal the bottle and store it in a cool place.
  14. 14. Consume the mulled wine within one week.
  15. 15. Warm the mulled wine briefly before drinking.
  16. 16. Do not let the mulled wine boil to preserve the flavors.
