🥤 Homemade Warm White Wine Punch

Ingredients
- oranges 2 pcs.
- apple juice, cloudy 250 ml
- star anise 1 pcs.
- cinnamon stick 1 pcs.
- cloves 3 pcs.
- cardamom, ground 0.25 tsp
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- white wine, dry 450 ml
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the oranges under hot water.
- 2. Peel the zest thinly from one orange.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from both oranges.
- 4. Add the orange juice, orange zest, apple juice, spices, and sugar to the mixing container.
- 5. Insert the measuring cup.
- 6. Cook the mixture for 8 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Add the white wine and the honey.
- 8. Insert the measuring cup again.
- 9. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes on speed 1 at 70 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Let the mulled wine steep for at least 1 hour in the closed mixing container.
- 11. Line a sieve with a filter.
- 12. Pour the mulled wine through the filter into a sterile bottle.
- 13. Seal the bottle and store it in a cool place.
- 14. Consume the mulled wine within one week.
- 15. Warm the mulled wine briefly before drinking.
- 16. Do not let the mulled wine boil to preserve the flavors.
