🥤 White Mulled Wine

Ingredients
- oranges 2 pcs
- apples, red 1 pcs
- cinnamon stick 2 pcs
- cloves 4 pcs
- brown sugar 4 tbsp
- apple juice, unfiltered 200 ml
- white rum 4 tbsp
- white wine, off-dry 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the oranges and slice one. Halve the other orange and squeeze out the juice. Wash the apple as well, halve it, remove the core, and cut into thin wedges.
- 2. In a pot, warm the orange slices, freshly squeezed orange juice, apple wedges, cinnamon sticks, cloves, sugar, apple juice, rum, and white wine over low heat. Let the white mulled wine steep covered for about 30 minutes, without bringing it to a boil.
- 3. Serve the white mulled wine in mugs. Cheers! Tip: Use a tea bag for the spices to make them easy to remove later.
