Ingredients
- white beans in the can 400 g
- spring onions 0.5 bunch
- parsley, fresh 40 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the white beans in a colander and let the water drain off.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and shake them dry.
- 3. Cut off the tough root ends of the spring onions.
- 4. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 5. Wash the parsley and pat it dry.
- 6. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 8. Peel the garlic.
- 9. Dice the garlic finely.
- 10. Cut the lemon in half.
- 11. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
- 12. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 13. Fry the garlic in the hot oil for about 1 minute.
- 14. Turn off the heat source.
- 15. Season the garlic oil with salt.
- 16. Season the garlic oil with pepper.
- 17. Season the garlic oil with paprika powder.
- 18. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the pan.
- 19. Add the spring onions to the pan.
- 20. Add the white beans to the pan.
- 21. Let the ingredients sit briefly in the hot oil.
- 22. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the salad.
- 23. Plate the salad.
