🍰 White Chocolate Vanilla Crossies

Ingredients
- chocolate, white 400 g
- coconut oil 50 g
- vanilla pod 1 pc.
- cranberries, dried 50 g
- cornflakes 100 g
- coconut flakes 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the white chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Fill a pot with about 500 milliliters of water and bring it to a boil.
- 3. Place the chocolate pieces and the coconut oil in a metal bowl.
- 4. Place the metal bowl over the pot with the hot water, making sure it does not touch the water.
- 5. Let the chocolate and oil melt in the water bath until you have a smooth mixture.
- 6. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 7. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod with a knife.
- 8. Stir the vanilla seeds into the melted chocolate.
- 9. Remove the bowl from the heat.
- 10. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
- 11. Chop the cranberries finely.
- 12. Add the cornflakes, the coconut flakes, and the chopped cranberries to the chocolate.
- 13. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed in the chocolate.
- 14. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 15. Use two spoons to form small portions of the mixture.
- 16. Place the portions individually on the prepared tray.
- 17. Let the crossies harden until the chocolate is firm.
- 18. Store the finished treats in an airtight container.
- 19. Store the container in a cool and dry place.
