  1. 1. Cut the white chocolate into small pieces.
  2. 2. Fill a pot with about 500 milliliters of water and bring it to a boil.
  3. 3. Place the chocolate pieces and the coconut oil in a metal bowl.
  4. 4. Place the metal bowl over the pot with the hot water, making sure it does not touch the water.
  5. 5. Let the chocolate and oil melt in the water bath until you have a smooth mixture.
  6. 6. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  7. 7. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod with a knife.
  8. 8. Stir the vanilla seeds into the melted chocolate.
  9. 9. Remove the bowl from the heat.
  10. 10. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
  11. 11. Chop the cranberries finely.
  12. 12. Add the cornflakes, the coconut flakes, and the chopped cranberries to the chocolate.
  13. 13. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed in the chocolate.
