🍰 White Almond Coconut Truffles

Ingredients
- chocolate, white 250 g
- whipping cream 60 g
- coconut milk 60 ml
- almonds, ground 75 g
- coconut flakes 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Heat the cream and coconut milk in a pot until they boil.
- 3. Pour the hot liquid directly over the chocolate pieces.
- 4. Stir the mixture until the chocolate has completely melted.
- 5. Add the almonds and two tablespoons of coconut flakes to the bowl.
- 6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 7. Place the covered bowl in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- 8. Wait until the mixture has become almost firm.
- 9. Spread the remaining coconut flakes on a deep plate.
- 10. Take small portions of the mixture using two teaspoons or cool hands.
- 11. Quickly roll the portions into balls between your hands.
- 12. Roll the finished balls in the coconut flakes.
- 13. Chill the truffles in an airtight container.
- 14. Store the truffles cool in the refrigerator.
