  1. 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat the cream and coconut milk in a pot until they boil.
  3. 3. Pour the hot liquid directly over the chocolate pieces.
  4. 4. Stir the mixture until the chocolate has completely melted.
  5. 5. Add the almonds and two tablespoons of coconut flakes to the bowl.
  6. 6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
  7. 7. Place the covered bowl in the refrigerator for about two hours.
  8. 8. Wait until the mixture has become almost firm.
  9. 9. Spread the remaining coconut flakes on a deep plate.
  10. 10. Take small portions of the mixture using two teaspoons or cool hands.
  11. 11. Quickly roll the portions into balls between your hands.
  12. 12. Roll the finished balls in the coconut flakes.
  13. 13. Chill the truffles in an airtight container.
  14. 14. Store the truffles cool in the refrigerator.
