🍽️ Creamy White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
- white beans in the can 400 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- organic lemons 1 pc.
- sesame, white 2 tbsp
- cumin 0.25 tsp
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Pour the white beans into a colander and rinse them thoroughly with cold water.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them into coarse cubes.
- 3. Rinse the lemon under hot water, finely grate about one teaspoon of the zest, and squeeze the juice from the halved lemon.
- 4. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 5. Place the drained beans, two tablespoons of lemon juice, the garlic, the toasted sesame seeds, and cumin into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until they form a very smooth and creamy mixture.
- 7. If the mixture is too thick, add a little cold water to reach the desired consistency.
- 8. Season the hummus with salt to taste and serve it immediately.
