Ingredients
- flour, Type 405 160 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- sugar 50 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- butter 100 g
- eggs 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Add the soft butter and the egg.
- 3. Knead the ingredients with your hands until you have a smooth dough.
- 4. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 5. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 8. Roll out the dough on the floured surface.
- 9. Cut out various shapes from the dough.
- 10. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes.
- 12. Take the cookies out of the oven after baking.
- 13. Decorate the cookies as you like, for example with powdered sugar or chocolate.
