🍰 Christmas Trifle in a Glass

Ingredients
- walnut kernels 30 g
- hazelnut kernels, whole 30 g
- almonds, whole 30 g
- oat flakes, hearty 100 g
- coconut oil 1 tbsp
- honey 100 g
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- cloves, ground pinch
- ginger powder pinch
- nutmeg, ground pinch
- cardamom, ground pinch
- quark 20 % Fett i.Tr. 500 g
- whipping cream 200 g
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- blueberries, frozen 200 g
- raspberries, frozen 200 g
- lemon paste 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Roughly chop the nuts.
- 3. Mix the chopped nuts with the oats, coconut oil, 50 grams of honey, and the spices in a bowl.
- 4. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 5. Bake the granola in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and toasted.
- 6. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool down completely.
- 7. Whisk the quark (curd cheese), cream, vanilla extract, and 50 grams of honey with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 8. Place the blueberries and raspberries in a saucepan.
- 9. Bring the berries to a boil.
- 10. Flavor the fruit mixture with lemon paste or, alternatively, with some lemon juice and lemon zest.
- 11. Let the fruit mixture simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 12. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the fruit mixture cool down.
- 13. Layer the quark mixture, the cooled fruit mixture, and the cooled granola alternately into pretty glasses.
- 14. Always finish the layering with a layer of granola to keep it crispy.
