  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the honey with the rum well until the honey is completely dissolved. Let the raisins soak in it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. 2. Wash the fig thoroughly and cut into quarters. Stir the rum mixture with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and divide among 4 glasses. Add ice cubes and fill with cold apple juice. Taste with additional vinegar if desired. Serve decorated with fig quarters. Cheers!
