  7. 7. Pay attention to the consistency of the dough and adjust the amount of milk if necessary.
  8. 8. Shape the dough into a ball.

  10. 10. Grind the pecans, the almonds, and the oat cookies finely.
  11. 11. Put the ground ingredients into a bowl.
  12. 12. Mix them with 80 g of agave syrup, cinnamon, egg white, and the milk.

  14. 14. Roll out the yeast dough with a little flour into a large rectangle.
