  1. 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, place it in a bowl, and let it melt over the steaming water. Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and toast the almonds for about 2–3 minutes without fat, then remove them.
  2. 2. Add the butter and 2.5 tablespoons of sugar to the pan, melt over medium heat, and caramelize for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Coarsely chop the almonds and add them to the caramel. Mix everything well in a bowl with the melted chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. 3. Using two spoons, place small mounds of the almond mixture onto baking paper and let them set. Store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy your meal!
