🍰 Christmas Almond Clusters

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 150 g
- almonds, whole 200 g
- butter 30 g
- sugar 24 g
- cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, place it in a bowl, and let it melt over the steaming water. Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and toast the almonds for about 2–3 minutes without fat, then remove them.
- 2. Add the butter and 2.5 tablespoons of sugar to the pan, melt over medium heat, and caramelize for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Coarsely chop the almonds and add them to the caramel. Mix everything well in a bowl with the melted chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon.
- 3. Using two spoons, place small mounds of the almond mixture onto baking paper and let them set. Store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy your meal!
