Ingredients
- watermelon 1 pc.
- cilantro, fresh 15 g
- pepper mix 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- honey 2 tbsp
- sea salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watermelon with the rind into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 2. Cut these slices into triangular pieces.
- 3. Wash the fresh coriander thoroughly.
- 4. Shake the coriander dry.
- 5. Finely chop the coriander.
- 6. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
- 7. Cut the lemon in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 9. Take a bowl and add the olive oil.
- 10. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 11. Add the lemon juice to the bowl.
- 12. Whisk the ingredients in the dressing well together.
- 13. Add a pinch of salt.
- 14. Season the dressing with the salt.
- 15. Arrange the watermelon pieces on a serving platter.
- 16. Drizzle the dressing over the melon.
- 17. Top the snack with the chili rings.
- 18. Top the snack with the chopped coriander.
