  1. 1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries in a sieve and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Wash the peach and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Cut the watermelon into round slices and then divide them into triangular pizza slices.
  4. 4. Stir the vanilla sugar into the soy yogurt until the ingredients are well combined.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the hazelnut kernels and lightly toast them in a pot without oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely.
  7. 7. Spread the yogurt-vanilla mixture over the watermelon slices.
  8. 8. Distribute the berries, peach cubes, roasted hazelnuts, and mint over the pizza and serve immediately.
