🍰 Watermelon Pizza

Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 50 g
- blueberries, fresh 50 g
- peaches 50 g
- watermelon 1 pc.
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- soy yogurt 200 g
- hazelnuts, whole 30 g
- mint, fresh 15 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 2. Wash the peach and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Cut the watermelon into round slices and then divide them into triangular pizza slices.
- 4. Stir the vanilla sugar into the soy yogurt until the ingredients are well combined.
- 5. Roughly chop the hazelnut kernels and lightly toast them in a pot without oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- 6. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely.
- 7. Spread the yogurt-vanilla mixture over the watermelon slices.
- 8. Distribute the berries, peach cubes, roasted hazelnuts, and mint over the pizza and serve immediately.
