🥤 Refreshing Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients
- sugar 30 g
- water 30 ml
- watermelon 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- sparkling water, classic 175 ml
- mint, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Put sugar and 30 milliliters of water into a mixing container.
- 2. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes at level 1 and 100 degrees Celsius without the measuring cup.
- 3. Pour the hot syrup into a small bowl.
- 4. Let the syrup cool down completely.
- 5. Wash the watermelon thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the watermelon into four quarters.
- 7. Separate the red flesh from the green rind.
- 8. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 9. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 10. Cut the lemon in half.
- 11. Squeeze the lemon halves to get about 50 milliliters of juice.
- 12. Put the watermelon flesh (about 600 grams) and the lemon juice into the mixing container.
- 13. Puree the ingredients for 30 seconds at level 7.
- 14. Make sure the measuring cup is inserted in the lid.
- 15. Pour the puree through a fine sieve to remove any seeds.
- 16. Top up the lemonade with mineral water.
- 17. Sweeten the lemonade to taste with the cooled syrup.
- 18. Fill the lemonade into glasses with crushed ice or ice cubes.
- 19. Decorate the glasses with fresh mint leaves.
