  1. 1. Put sugar and 30 milliliters of water into a mixing container.
  2. 2. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes at level 1 and 100 degrees Celsius without the measuring cup.
  3. 3. Pour the hot syrup into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Let the syrup cool down completely.
  5. 5. Wash the watermelon thoroughly.
  6. 6. Cut the watermelon into four quarters.
  7. 7. Separate the red flesh from the green rind.
  8. 8. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
  9. 9. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  10. 10. Cut the lemon in half.
  11. 11. Squeeze the lemon halves to get about 50 milliliters of juice.
  12. 12. Put the watermelon flesh (about 600 grams) and the lemon juice into the mixing container.
  13. 13. Puree the ingredients for 30 seconds at level 7.
  14. 14. Make sure the measuring cup is inserted in the lid.
  15. 15. Pour the puree through a fine sieve to remove any seeds.
  16. 16. Top up the lemonade with mineral water.
  17. 17. Sweeten the lemonade to taste with the cooled syrup.
  18. 18. Fill the lemonade into glasses with crushed ice or ice cubes.
  19. 19. Decorate the glasses with fresh mint leaves.
