🍽️ Chilled Skewers of Watermelon, Feta and Cucumber

Ingredients
- Watermelon 0.25 pc.
- Salad cucumbers 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 15 g
- Feta 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watermelon into quarters and then into cubes of approx. 2 cm.
- 2. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut off the ends.
- 3. Decide whether to peel the cucumber, then cut it lengthwise into four strips.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the cucumber strips and cut them into approx. 2 cm pieces.
- 5. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Pat the feta dry and cut it into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- 7. Thread the watermelon, mint, feta, and cucumber onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 8. Chill the skewers in the fridge until serving or serve them immediately.
- 9. Sprinkle the skewers with a little sea salt before eating to enhance the flavor.
