  1. 1. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice. Halve the watermelon as well, peel it, and cut it into coarse pieces. Puree the watermelon in a tall container and pour it through a sieve into a carafe. Season with the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Add ice cubes to the glasses and fill them halfway with the watermelon mixture. Then top up with Tonic Water and enjoy immediately. Cheers!
