🥤 Refreshing Watermelon Bellini

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 5 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- watermelon 100 g
- brown sugar 1 tsp
- sparkling wine, semi-dry 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Quarter the watermelon and remove the flesh from the rind.
- 4. Set aside one nice slice for decoration.
- 5. Roughly cube the remaining watermelon flesh.
- 6. Place the cubed melon, sugar, and lime juice into a tall container.
- 7. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 8. Strain the watermelon juice into a glass through a sieve.
- 9. Top up the glass with sparkling wine.
- 10. Garnish the drink with the mint and the reserved melon slice.
- 11. Serve the Bellini immediately and cheers!
