🍰 Grilled Watermelon with Honey Yogurt and Crispy Rosemary

Ingredients
- oil 10 tbsp
- rosemary, fresh 20 g
- powdered sugar 1 tsp
- organic limes 1 pc.
- Greek-style cream yogurt 400 g
- honey 4 tbsp
- watermelon 0.5 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
- 2. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry thoroughly.
- 3. Fry the rosemary sprigs in the hot oil for 15 to 20 seconds.
- 4. Remove the rosemary from the oil and let it drain on kitchen paper.
- 5. Save the rosemary oil for later.
- 6. Pluck the leaves off the rosemary stems.
- 7. Dust the rosemary leaves with a little powdered sugar.
- 8. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 9. Grate about one teaspoon of lime zest finely.
- 10. Cut the lime in half.
- 11. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 12. Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl.
- 13. Add a little lime juice to the yogurt mixture.
- 14. Finally, season the yogurt mixture with lime juice to taste.
- 15. Place the yogurt mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
- 16. Cut the half watermelon with rind into four quarters.
- 17. Cut slices about five centimeters thick from the quarters.
- 18. Preheat the grill.
- 19. Brush the melon pieces with the saved rosemary oil.
- 20. Grill the melon pieces for two to three minutes on each side.
- 21. Place the grilled watermelon on a plate.
- 22. Let the melon cool down briefly.
- 23. Spread the honey yogurt evenly on a large serving plate.
- 24. Place the watermelon slices on the yogurt.
- 25. Sprinkle the dish with the fried rosemary leaves.
- 26. Sprinkle the dish with the lime zest.
