  2. 2. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry thoroughly.
  3. 3. Fry the rosemary sprigs in the hot oil for 15 to 20 seconds.
  4. 4. Remove the rosemary from the oil and let it drain on kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Save the rosemary oil for later.
  6. 6. Pluck the leaves off the rosemary stems.
  7. 7. Dust the rosemary leaves with a little powdered sugar.
  8. 8. Wash the lime thoroughly.
  9. 9. Grate about one teaspoon of lime zest finely.
  10. 10. Cut the lime in half.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  12. 12. Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl.
  13. 13. Add a little lime juice to the yogurt mixture.
  14. 14. Finally, season the yogurt mixture with lime juice to taste.
  15. 15. Place the yogurt mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
  16. 16. Cut the half watermelon with rind into four quarters.
  17. 17. Cut slices about five centimeters thick from the quarters.
