🍽️ Walnut Dressing

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 15 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- mustard 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- water 5 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, light 3 tbsp
- sour cream 3 tsp
- sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- walnut kernels 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chives thoroughly, dry them, and chop into fine rings. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix mustard, salt, pepper, water, vinegar, sour cream, and oil together with the chives and onions.
- 3. Toast the walnuts in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Coarsely chop the walnuts and fold them into the dressing. The walnut dressing is perfect for salads or grilled dishes.

Tip: You can also use walnut oil instead of sunflower oil.
