🍰 Walnut-Coconut Balls

Ingredients
- walnut kernels 360 g
- salt pinch
- soft dates, dried and pitted 360 g
- vanilla pod 2 pcs.
- cocoa powder 80 g
- coconut flakes 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the walnuts and a pinch of salt into a blender.
- 2. Grind the nuts into a fine powder.
- 3. Cut the dates into coarse pieces.
- 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 5. Scrape out the vanilla seeds.
- 6. Add the vanilla seeds, dates, and cocoa powder to the blender.
- 7. Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- 8. Add a little water if necessary.
- 9. Make sure the mixture is moldable.
- 10. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
- 11. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- 12. Roll the balls in the coconut flakes.
- 13. Store the balls in a cool place in an airtight container.
- 14. Enjoy the treats for up to one week.
