  2. 2. Grind the nuts into a fine powder.
  3. 3. Cut the dates into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  5. 5. Scrape out the vanilla seeds.
  6. 6. Add the vanilla seeds, dates, and cocoa powder to the blender.
  7. 7. Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
  8. 8. Add a little water if necessary.
  9. 9. Make sure the mixture is moldable.
  10. 10. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
  11. 11. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  12. 12. Roll the balls in the coconut flakes.
