🍰 Wild Berry and Mint Ice Pops

Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- strawberries 100 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly and sort them.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries and cut them into quarters.
- 3. Rinse the mint leaves and shake off the water.
- 4. Pluck the mint leaves off the tough stems.
- 5. Set aside a small handful of blueberries.
- 6. Place the remaining berries in a tall container.
- 7. Add the honey to the berries.
- 8. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 9. Pour the berry puree into the ice molds.
- 10. Evenly distribute the reserved blueberries on top of the puree.
- 11. Evenly distribute the mint leaves on top of the puree.
- 12. Insert the ice sticks into the molds.
- 13. Place the molds in the freezer compartment overnight.
- 14. Dip the ice mold briefly in hot water before removing the ice pop.
- 15. Remove the ice pop and enjoy it.
