  1. 1. Wash the berries thoroughly and sort them.
  2. 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries and cut them into quarters.
  3. 3. Rinse the mint leaves and shake off the water.
  4. 4. Pluck the mint leaves off the tough stems.
  5. 5. Set aside a small handful of blueberries.
  6. 6. Place the remaining berries in a tall container.
  7. 7. Add the honey to the berries.
  8. 8. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and smooth.
  9. 9. Pour the berry puree into the ice molds.
  10. 10. Evenly distribute the reserved blueberries on top of the puree.
  11. 11. Evenly distribute the mint leaves on top of the puree.
  12. 12. Insert the ice sticks into the molds.
  13. 13. Place the molds in the freezer compartment overnight.
  14. 14. Dip the ice mold briefly in hot water before removing the ice pop.
  15. 15. Remove the ice pop and enjoy it.
