🍰 Waffle Batter Basic Recipe

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- sugar 70 g
- vanilla sugar 15 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 3 pcs.
- wheat flour, type 405 250 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 200 ml
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, beat the butter with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy. Slowly add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and mix well.
- 2. Beat the eggs and gradually work them into the mixture while stirring constantly. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, stir in a little more milk.
- 3. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Ladle the batter into the mold and bake the waffles for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Serve as desired. Enjoy your meal!
