🍰 Coconut-Pineapple Waffles

Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 pc.
- white rum 2 tbsp
- coconut flakes 20 g
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- organic limes 1 pc.
- sour cream 200 g
- vanilla sugar 8 g
- waffles 8 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill.
- 2. Peel the pineapple.
- 3. Remove the hard core of the pineapple.
- 4. Slice the pineapple.
- 5. Place the pineapple slices in a bowl.
- 6. Drizzle the pineapple with rum.
- 7. Let the pineapple steep, covered.
- 8. Place the coconut flakes in a bowl.
- 9. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the coconut flakes.
- 10. Mix the coconut flakes with the sugar.
- 11. Halve the lime.
- 12. Squeeze the lime juice.
- 13. Place the remaining sugar in another bowl.
- 14. Add the sour cream to the bowl with the sugar.
- 15. Add the vanilla sugar to the bowl.
- 16. Stir the sugar with the sour cream and the vanilla sugar.
- 17. Add the lime juice to the sour cream mixture.
- 18. Season the sour cream mixture with the lime juice.
- 19. Chill the sour cream mixture.
- 20. Drain the pineapple.
- 21. Place the pineapple on the hot grill.
- 22. Grill the pineapple for about 1 to 2 minutes on one side.
- 23. Turn the pineapple.
- 24. Grill the pineapple for about 1 to 2 minutes on the other side.
- 25. Roll the grilled pineapple in the coconut mixture.
- 26. Heat the waffles on one side briefly.
- 27. Turn the waffles.
- 28. Place 1 pineapple slice on every 2 waffles.
- 29. Grill the waffles with the pineapple briefly again.
- 30. Serve the waffles with the vanilla sour cream.
