🍰 Waffles on a Stick

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- sugar 70 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs.
- wheat flour, type 405 250 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 200 ml
- oil for greasing 2 tbsp
- white chocolate coating 50 g
- dark chocolate coating 50 g
- butter cookies 20 g
- cream cookie 20 g
- chocolate lentils 2 tbsp
- sugar pearls 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl and put the butter in it.
- 3. Beat the butter with a hand mixer until creamy and airy.
- 4. Add the sugar, the vanilla sugar, and the salt to the butter.
- 5. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 6. Crack the eggs.
- 7. Add the eggs gradually to the butter-sugar mixture.
- 8. Stir constantly while doing so.
- 9. Add the flour, the baking powder, and the milk.
- 10. Stir everything until a thick batter forms.
- 11. Check the consistency of the batter.
- 12. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
- 13. Preheat the waffle iron.
- 14. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
- 15. Put a ladle of batter into the mold.
- 16. Bake the waffles for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 17. Take the waffles out of the iron.
- 18. Place the waffles on a cooling rack.
- 19. Let the waffles cool down completely.
- 20. Cut the cooled waffles into pieces.
- 21. Insert a popsicle stick into each waffle piece.
- 22. Take a pot and fill it with water.
- 23. Bring the water to a boil.
- 24. Chop the chocolate coating.
- 25. Take a bowl and put the chopped chocolate coating in it.
- 26. Place the bowl over the pot with the hot water.
- 27. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler.
- 28. Crush the cookies roughly.
- 29. Take a spoon or brush.
- 30. Apply the melted chocolate coating to the waffles.
- 31. Decorate the waffles with cookie crumbs.
- 32. Alternatively, use chocolate sprinkles or sugar pearls.
- 33. Enjoy!
