🍰 Fruity Berry Jelly

Ingredients
- leaf gelatin 4 pcs
- raspberries, fresh 150 g
- blueberries, fresh 150 g
- strawberries 150 g
- lemons 1 pc
- apple juice 500 ml
- sour cream 200 g
- milk 3 tbsp
- honey 2 tbsp
- cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water and let them soften for 5 minutes.
- 2. Wash the berries thoroughly and remove any unripe fruit.
- 3. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 4. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on their size.
- 5. Cut the lemon.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Take 300 grams of the prepared berries.
- 8. Distribute these berries evenly among four glasses or small bowls.
- 9. Store the remaining berries in a cool place.
- 10. Pour the apple juice and lemon juice into a pot.
- 11. Heat the juice mixture slightly.
- 12. Take the soaked gelatin out of the water.
- 13. Let the gelatin drain well.
- 14. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm juice mixture.
- 15. Pour the gelatin mixture over the berries in the glasses.
- 16. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- 17. Let the pudding set there.
- 18. Take a bowl.
- 19. Add the sour cream to the bowl.
- 20. Add milk.
- 21. Add honey.
- 22. Add cinnamon.
- 23. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 24. Take a bowl with hot water.
- 25. Dip the molds briefly into the hot water.
- 26. Take a plate.
- 27. Turn out the jelly with the berries onto the plate.
- 28. Add the sour cream.
- 29. Garnish with the remaining berries.
- 30. Enjoy your meal!
