🍳 Whole grain bread sandwich with avocado

Ingredients
- Mini cucumbers 2 pcs
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Avocado 1 pc
- Cress bed 1 pc
- Whole grain rye bread, sliced 8 slices
- Goat fresh cheese 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the radishes.
- 4. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 5. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 6. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 7. Slice the avocado flesh.
- 8. Cut the cress from the bed.
- 9. Spread goat cream cheese on the whole grain bread slices.
- 10. Season the cheese layer with salt and pepper.
- 11. Drizzle a little honey over the bread.
- 12. Top half of the bread slices with the prepared cucumbers, radishes, avocado, and cress.
- 13. Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
- 14. Halve the finished spring sandwiches.
- 15. Serve the sandwiches as desired or wrap them in paper to take away.
