  1. 1. Coarsely chop the cashew nuts and peanuts and roast them in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly in a bowl. Mix with quark and cream cheese and sweeten to taste with honey. Toast the bread if desired, spread with the banana cream, sprinkle the nuts on top and serve. Enjoy your meal!
