  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Beat 2 eggs and 100 grams of sugar in a bowl for about 5 minutes using a hand mixer until creamy.
  3. 3. Sift flour and baking powder over the egg mixture.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until a uniform batter forms.
  5. 5. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Bake the sponge cake for approx. 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
  7. 7. Meanwhile, prepare about 150 milliliters of strong coffee from the coffee powder.
  8. 8. Let the baked sponge cake cool down completely.
  9. 9. Cut the cooled sponge cake into strips.
  10. 10. Place the sponge cake strips into a bowl.
  11. 11. Soak the sponge cake pieces with the prepared coffee and 50 milliliters of Amaretto or coffee liqueur.
  12. 12. Separate the remaining eggs by carefully separating the egg whites from the egg yolks.
  13. 13. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar in a bowl until creamy.
  14. 14. Mix quark (a type of fresh cheese) and the remaining liqueur into the egg yolk mixture.
  15. 15. Whip the cream in a tall container with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  16. 16. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
  17. 17. Distribute the soaked sponge cake strips among glasses.
  18. 18. Pour the cream over the sponge cake pieces.
  19. 19. Dust everything with cocoa powder.
  20. 20. Serve the tiramisu immediately or store it in the refrigerator until serving.
