  2. 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  3. 3. Put 200 milliliters of water and the rhubarb pieces into a pot.
  4. 4. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture steep for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Strain the rhubarb pieces through a sieve and catch the juice.
  7. 7. Put 150 milliliters of the obtained rhubarb juice into a clean pot.
  8. 8. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 150 grams of cane sugar.
  9. 9. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
  10. 10. Let the syrup simmer for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Pour the rhubarb syrup into a bottle.
  12. 12. Let the syrup cool down.
  13. 13. Separate an egg and use the yolk for another purpose.
  14. 14. Put 30 milliliters of vodka, 30 milliliters of lemon juice, 20 milliliters of rhubarb syrup, and 10 milliliters of egg white into a shaker.

  16. 16. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  17. 17. Shake the mixture vigorously again.
  18. 18. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
