🍽️ Creamy tuna sauce on thin roast beef slices

Ingredients
- roast beef, raw whole 1 kg
- oil 5 tbsp
- lemons 1 pc
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- tuna in oil 180 g
- eggs 1 pc
- mustard 1 tsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- water 5 tbsp
- capers 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the meat out of the fridge and let it reach room temperature.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 3. Rinse the roast beef, pat it dry, and trim off any excess fat.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 5. Sear the roast beef on all sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 7. Place the meat in a baking dish.
- 8. Roast the roast beef in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes.
- 9. Cut the lemon in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 11. Drain the tuna well.
- 12. Put an egg, mustard, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of oil, olive oil, tuna, and some water into a tall container.
- 13. Blend the ingredients into a creamy sauce.
- 14. Remove the roast beef from the oven.
- 15. Let the meat rest for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Slice the roast beef into very thin slices.
- 17. Let the meat slices cool for another 10 minutes.
- 18. Arrange the meat slices on a serving platter.
- 19. Pour the tuna sauce over the meat.
- 20. Serve the dish with drained capers.
