  4. 4. Chop the anchovies roughly.
  5. 5. Place the anchovies in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the tuna to the bowl.
  7. 7. Add mayonnaise.
  8. 8. Mix the ingredients well.
  9. 9. Add 1 tablespoon of caper brine.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
  11. 11. Place the veal mince in a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Season the meat with salt.
  13. 13. Season the meat with pepper.
  14. 14. Knead the meat mixture.
  15. 15. Form 4 burger patties from the mixture.
  16. 16. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan.
  17. 17. Heat the oil on high heat.
  18. 18. Fry the burger patties in the pan.
  19. 19. Fry the patties for approx. 5 minutes on all sides.
  20. 20. Let the patties drain on kitchen paper.

  28. 28. Distribute capers on the patty.
  29. 29. Close the bun.
