🍽️ Vitello Tonnato Burger

Ingredients
- Mini Romaine 1 pc.
- Tuna in its own juice 100 g
- Anchovy fillets in olive oil 10 g
- Mayonnaise 150 g
- Capers 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Veal mince 600 g
- Salt pinch
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Hamburger buns 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
- 2. Separate the leaves one by one.
- 3. Drain the tuna.
- 4. Chop the anchovies roughly.
- 5. Place the anchovies in a bowl.
- 6. Add the tuna to the bowl.
- 7. Add mayonnaise.
- 8. Mix the ingredients well.
- 9. Add 1 tablespoon of caper brine.
- 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 11. Place the veal mince in a separate bowl.
- 12. Season the meat with salt.
- 13. Season the meat with pepper.
- 14. Knead the meat mixture.
- 15. Form 4 burger patties from the mixture.
- 16. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan.
- 17. Heat the oil on high heat.
- 18. Fry the burger patties in the pan.
- 19. Fry the patties for approx. 5 minutes on all sides.
- 20. Let the patties drain on kitchen paper.
- 21. Halve the burger buns.
- 22. Toast the buns in the pan.
- 23. Toast the cut sides for approx. 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 24. Spread tuna mayo on the bottom of the buns.
- 25. Top the buns with the washed lettuce.
- 26. Place a burger patty on the lettuce.
- 27. Add 1 tablespoon of tuna mayo on the patty.
- 28. Distribute capers on the patty.
- 29. Close the bun.
- 30. Serve the Vitello-Tonato Burgers hot.
