Ingredients
- Blackcurrant-blueberry-cassis juice 50 ml
- Mango 0.5 pc.
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Orange juice 200 ml
- Oranges 0.5 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Fill an ice cube tray with blackcurrant juice and let it freeze completely for at least 6 hours or ideally overnight.
- 2. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Puree the mango flesh together with vanilla sugar and orange juice in a tall container. Pour it into a long drink glass and serve.
- 3. Wash the orange thoroughly and slice it crosswise into thin, even slices. Use them to garnish the glasses and, before serving, distribute the violet blackcurrant ice cubes into the glasses. Cheers!
