Ingredients
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar 0.5 tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 3. Pour the olive oil slowly into the mixture while continuing to stir.
- 4. Keep stirring until the dressing is creamy and well combined.
- 5. Gently fold the vinaigrette under fresh salad leaves just before serving.
- 6. Transfer the finished sauce into a tightly sealable jar.
- 7. Shake the jar vigorously to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- 8. Store the vinaigrette sealed in the refrigerator.
- 9. Use the sauce within a few days while it is still fresh.
