🍽️ Vemondo Wrap

Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 25 g
- Thyme, fresh 15 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Kidney beans 255 g
- Corn from the can 285 g
- Onions, yellow 2 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes 100 g
- Vemondo vegan mince 400 g
- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- Wraps 4 pc.
- Barbecue sauce 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 3. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
- 4. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 6. Place the beans and corn in a sieve.
- 7. Rinse the vegetables well and let them drain.
- 8. Halve one onion, peel it, and slice it into rings.
- 9. Halve the remaining onion and peel it.
- 10. Dice the second onion finely.
- 11. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 12. Place the Vemondo minced meat in a bowl.
- 13. Add the diced onion, cayenne pepper, thyme, and parsley.
- 14. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 15. Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions.
- 16. Shape each portion into a small roll using your hands.
- 17. Preheat the grill.
- 18. Grill the meat rolls for about 5 minutes.
- 19. Turn the rolls regularly while grilling.
- 20. Warm the wraps briefly on the grill if desired.
- 21. Spread the barbecue sauce in the center of the wrap.
- 22. Place the prepared vegetables on the sauce.
- 23. Place the grilled meat rolls on top of the vegetables.
- 24. Fold the bottom side of the wrap upwards.
- 25. Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center.
- 26. Roll the wrap up tightly.
- 27. Plate the Vemondo meat roll wrap.
