  1. 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
  2. 2. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
  4. 4. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Place the beans and corn in a sieve.
  7. 7. Rinse the vegetables well and let them drain.
  8. 8. Halve one onion, peel it, and slice it into rings.
  9. 9. Halve the remaining onion and peel it.
  10. 10. Dice the second onion finely.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  12. 12. Place the Vemondo minced meat in a bowl.
  13. 13. Add the diced onion, cayenne pepper, thyme, and parsley.
  14. 14. Mix the ingredients well together.
  15. 15. Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions.
  16. 16. Shape each portion into a small roll using your hands.
  17. 17. Preheat the grill.
  18. 18. Grill the meat rolls for about 5 minutes.
  19. 19. Turn the rolls regularly while grilling.
  20. 20. Warm the wraps briefly on the grill if desired.
  21. 21. Spread the barbecue sauce in the center of the wrap.
  22. 22. Place the prepared vegetables on the sauce.
  23. 23. Place the grilled meat rolls on top of the vegetables.
  24. 24. Fold the bottom side of the wrap upwards.
  25. 25. Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center.
  26. 26. Roll the wrap up tightly.
  27. 27. Plate the Vemondo meat roll wrap.
