Ingredients
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Vemondo vegan mince 275 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the inside and seeds of the bell peppers.
- 3. Cut the bell peppers into very small cubes.
- 4. Wash the parsley.
- 5. Shake the parsley dry.
- 6. Chop the parsley finely.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Chop the garlic finely.
- 9. Take a large bowl.
- 10. Add the Vemondo vegan mince to the bowl.
- 11. Add the diced bell peppers.
- 12. Add the chopped parsley.
- 13. Add the chopped garlic.
- 14. Add the mustard.
- 15. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt.
- 17. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 18. Form eight equal-sized balls from the mixture.
- 19. Take a frying pan.
- 20. Add oil to the frying pan.
- 21. Heat the oil on medium heat.
- 22. Fry the vegan meatballs.
- 23. Fry the balls for about four minutes on each side.
- 24. Enjoy your meal!
