🍽️ Adana Kebap Skewers with Vemondo

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- Vemondo vegan mince 500 g
- paprika, sweet 2 tsp
- chili, ground 0.25 tsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- tomato paste 4 tbsp
- thyme, dried 1 tsp
- mustard 1 tbsp
- wheat flour, Type 405 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Dice the onion finely.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Chop the garlic finely.
- 5. Wash the parsley.
- 6. Drain the parsley well.
- 7. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
- 8. Chop the parsley leaves.
- 9. Place the Vemondo vegan mince into a bowl.
- 10. Add the diced onion.
- 11. Add the chopped garlic.
- 12. Add the paprika powder.
- 13. Add the chili.
- 14. Add the soy sauce.
- 15. Add the tomato paste.
- 16. Add the thyme.
- 17. Add the chopped parsley.
- 18. Add the mustard.
- 19. Add the flour.
- 20. Mix all ingredients well.
- 21. Knead the mixture.
- 22. Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions.
- 23. Take one portion in your hand.
- 24. Shape the mince around a metal or wooden skewer.
- 25. Press the meat firmly onto the skewer.
- 26. Repeat this for all portions.
- 27. Ensure the skewers are about 4 cm thick.
- 28. Preheat the grill.
- 29. Place the Vemondo Adana Kebap on the hot grill.
- 30. Cook the skewers for approximately 10 minutes.
- 31. Turn the skewers several times while grilling.
