  7. 7. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  8. 8. Chop the parsley leaves.
  9. 9. Place the Vemondo vegan mince into a bowl.
  10. 10. Add the diced onion.
  11. 11. Add the chopped garlic.
  12. 12. Add the paprika powder.
  13. 13. Add the chili.
  14. 14. Add the soy sauce.
  15. 15. Add the tomato paste.
  16. 16. Add the thyme.
  17. 17. Add the chopped parsley.
  18. 18. Add the mustard.
  19. 19. Add the flour.
  20. 20. Mix all ingredients well.
  21. 21. Knead the mixture.
  22. 22. Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions.
