🍽️ Veggie-Burger with Tofu

Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 1 pc.
- Pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- Spring onions 1 pc.
- Tofu, plain 600 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rose pepper pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Creme fraiche 150 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Buns 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tomato thoroughly and slice it. Wash the pepper, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds and stem, and cut into strips. Rinse the spring onion and cut into rings. Cut the tofu into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 2. In a shallow dish, mix the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika powder well. Coat the tofu in the mixture. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the tofu for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the creme fraiche with mustard, honey, and the spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the buns open and spread with the mustard cream. Top with tomato, pepper, and tofu if desired, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
