🍳 Fresh Vegetable Wraps with Herb Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Quark, plain 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Spinach 200 g
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Cucumbers 1 pc
- Salad mix 100 g
- Bell peppers 2 pcs
- Wraps, whole grain 8 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the parsley and chives under running water.
- 2. Dry the herbs thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the chives into thin rings.
- 4. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 5. Place the cream cheese in a bowl.
- 6. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped herbs.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 8. Wash the spinach.
- 9. Spin the spinach dry in a salad spinner.
- 10. Clean the radishes.
- 11. Remove the leaves from the radishes.
- 12. Slice the radishes into rounds.
- 13. Clean the cucumber.
- 14. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
- 15. Slice the cucumber into rounds first.
- 16. Then cut the cucumber slices into sticks.
- 17. Cut the lettuce into strips.
- 18. Wash the lettuce strips.
- 19. Spin the lettuce dry.
- 20. Rinse the bell pepper.
- 21. Halve the bell pepper.
- 22. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
- 23. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
- 24. Lay the wraps flat.
- 25. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wraps.
- 26. Distribute the prepared vegetables evenly over the cheese filling.
- 27. Fold the bottom edges of the wraps over the filling.
- 28. Roll the wraps up tightly starting from one side.
- 29. Make sure the filling is well enclosed.
- 30. Enjoy the wraps immediately.
- 31. Wrap the wraps in paper and aluminum foil for on-the-go.
