🍽️ Vegetarian Wild Garlic Quiche

Ingredients
- Quark 40% fat in total 125 g
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Water 2 tbsp
- Eggs 5 pcs.
- Gouda, medium-aged block 200 g
- Wild garlic 50 g
- Sour cream 300 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Add quark, oil, one teaspoon of salt, flour, water, and one egg to the mixing bowl.
- 3. Knead the ingredients for one minute on the kneading setting.
- 4. Take the dough out and knead it briefly on a floured surface.
- 5. Roll out the dough thinly.
- 6. Grease a quiche pan with a diameter of 28 centimeters.
- 7. Line the pan with the dough, leaving a border of about three centimeters.
- 8. Trim off the excess dough.
- 9. Prick the base several times with a fork.
- 10. Place the dough base in a cool spot.
- 11. Rinse out the mixing bowl.
- 12. Cut the cheese into large pieces.
- 13. Put the cheese into the mixing bowl.
- 14. Insert the measuring cup.
- 15. Crush the cheese for ten seconds on setting 8.
- 16. Transfer the crushed cheese into a bowl.
- 17. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly.
- 18. Shake the wild garlic dry.
- 19. Put the wild garlic into the mixing bowl.
- 20. Crush the wild garlic for five seconds on setting 8.
- 21. Push the herbs down from the inner wall with a spatula.
- 22. Crush the wild garlic again for five seconds on setting 8.
- 23. Add sour cream, three quarters of the cheese, four eggs, some salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl.
- 24. Insert the measuring cup.
- 25. Mix the mixture for 30 seconds on setting 4.
- 26. Pour the egg and wild garlic mixture onto the dough base.
- 27. Wash the tomatoes.
- 28. Halve the tomatoes.
- 29. Place the tomatoes on top of the egg and wild garlic mixture.
- 30. Sprinkle the quiche with the remaining cheese.
- 31. Bake the quiche in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- 32. Carefully remove the quiche from the oven.
- 33. Lift the quiche out of the pan.
- 34. Cut the quiche into pieces.
- 35. Serve the quiche and enjoy your meal.
