  4. 4. Take the dough out and knead it briefly on a floured surface.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough thinly.
  6. 6. Grease a quiche pan with a diameter of 28 centimeters.
  7. 7. Line the pan with the dough, leaving a border of about three centimeters.
  8. 8. Trim off the excess dough.
  9. 9. Prick the base several times with a fork.
  10. 10. Place the dough base in a cool spot.
  11. 11. Rinse out the mixing bowl.
  12. 12. Cut the cheese into large pieces.
  13. 13. Put the cheese into the mixing bowl.
  14. 14. Insert the measuring cup.
  15. 15. Crush the cheese for ten seconds on setting 8.

  26. 26. Pour the egg and wild garlic mixture onto the dough base.
  27. 27. Wash the tomatoes.
  28. 28. Halve the tomatoes.
  29. 29. Place the tomatoes on top of the egg and wild garlic mixture.
  30. 30. Sprinkle the quiche with the remaining cheese.
  31. 31. Bake the quiche in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  32. 32. Carefully remove the quiche from the oven.
  33. 33. Lift the quiche out of the pan.
  34. 34. Cut the quiche into pieces.
  35. 35. Serve the quiche and enjoy your meal.
