🍳 Vegan Baked Tomato Bread

Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- ciabatta bread 0.5 pcs.
- margarine, vegan 4 tbsp
- vegan cheese slices 200 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- basil, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them thinly. Cut the ciabatta bread diagonally into four pieces and spread margarine on them. Then, top with the tomato slices and vegan cheese slices, and sprinkle with a bit of pepper.
- 2. Place the bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the upper third of the oven for about 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Meanwhile, wash the basil and pluck the leaves from the stems. Remove the baked tomato bread from the oven and serve garnished with fresh basil.
