  5. 5. Mix soy yogurt, vegan cream, sugar, and lime zest together in a bowl.
  6. 6. Line a baking dish with the crumbled muffins.
  7. 7. Drizzle the hot coffee over the muffins.
  8. 8. Layer the soy cream and the muffins alternately in the dish.
  9. 9. Let the tiramisu sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  10. 10. It is best to let it sit overnight.
  11. 11. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder before serving.
