Ingredients
- Vegan Muffins, Vanilla flavor 4 pcs.
- Coffee 20 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Soy Yogurt 500 g
- Vemondo Vegan Cream 300 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the muffins into small pieces with your hands in a medium bowl.
- 2. Brew a strong coffee using the powder and 150 ml of water.
- 3. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 4. Grate about 1 teaspoon of fine zest from the lime.
- 5. Mix soy yogurt, vegan cream, sugar, and lime zest together in a bowl.
- 6. Line a baking dish with the crumbled muffins.
- 7. Drizzle the hot coffee over the muffins.
- 8. Layer the soy cream and the muffins alternately in the dish.
- 9. Let the tiramisu sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 10. It is best to let it sit overnight.
- 11. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder before serving.
