  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree in a bowl using a fork.
  3. 3. Finely chop the walnuts and almonds.
  4. 4. Add the chopped nuts, oat flakes, maple syrup, and coconut oil to the banana puree.
  5. 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
  6. 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  7. 7. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.
  8. 8. Bake the mixture in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the tray from the oven and turn the mixture over.
  10. 10. Crumble the mixture with a fork.
  11. 11. Bake the granola for another 15 minutes until crispy.
  12. 12. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
  13. 13. Slice the strawberries.
  14. 14. Wash the blueberries and raspberries.
  15. 15. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  16. 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  17. 17. Remove the granola from the oven.
  18. 18. Let the granola cool down for about 15 minutes.
  19. 19. Distribute the vanilla soy yogurt onto several bowls.
  20. 20. Add the cooled granola and berries on top of the yogurt.
  21. 21. Garnish the muesli with the mint leaves.
  22. 22. Serve the breakfast immediately.
