🍰 Vegan Chocolate Tart

Ingredients
- almonds, ground 150 g
- soft dates, dried and pitted 15 pcs.
- cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- chocolate, dark 170 g
- soy drink 80 ml
- margarine, vegan 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put ground almonds, dates, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt into a food processor or a tall container.
- 2. Process the ingredients using a hand blender or the machine until you have a moldable dough.
- 3. Press the dough into a tart pan.
- 4. Shape an even base and a crust edge from the dough.
- 5. Place the tart base in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Chop the chocolate roughly.
- 7. Heat soy drink and margarine in a pot over medium heat.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 9. Let the chocolate melt in the warm liquid.
- 10. Take the tart base out of the refrigerator.
- 11. Pour the chocolate mixture into the tart base.
- 12. Let the tart set in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
- 13. Serve the tart and enjoy it.
